about nand flash via ccs & emulator!

Hi All,


When I used the CCS & XDS560 emulator & nand_programmer.out to burn ubl & u-boot into my new nand flash (Sumsung 128MB k9k 1g 08u 0m ), It can not get success. I got an error (all is bad block).

Please give me some help. Thanks.
